Fish Tags

Is anyone handling the runners tags for the fish this year? I know last year someone did a nice job in Illustrator and there was Tyvek involved.
I can probably get something together this year if need be, but I need to know asap so I can get on top of it. And if anyone has any of the templates from last year, that would be super helpful.
