Tue, July 17, 2007 - 12:19 PMThis is really a leaderless event. Some do do more work than others, help organize, etc., but no one is really in charge.
There are people here who have experience in the salmon-costume fabrication. They may be able to explain the materials and tools needed, as well as the approximate time and money requirements.
